Shipping Details and Returns

Shipping
All orders are packed appropriately to minimize the risk of damage.  Delivery is made using the appropriate 
Royal Mail Delivery service and is tracked;  We plan to dispatch posted items within 2 to 3 working days of order.

Delivery standard prices

Small, unframed items up to A3 prints, drawings and painted works on paper   £6.95

Framed artworks up to A3 and larger prints despatched in tubes                       £11.95
Larger, framed artworks on paper                                                                        £19.95

 Royal Mail Special Delivery  tracking number details will be sent to the customer.

Returns

You can return or exchange all artwork within 14 day of receiving it.  Please contact us via the contact email address.

Artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and with all original packaging (or similar sufficient protection if the original packaging is no longer available).  You must organise and pay for the return delivery costs and use the same method as originally shipped.

Damaged or missing Artwork

All artwork is tracked and fully insured for loss and/or damage during delivery.  Should artwork be delivered damaged or is not received, please contact us as soon as the event is known.  Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are always fully protected.
